ThriveHuman Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the ThriveHuman Affiliate Program operated by Harborly LLC. Submission of an application does not create a partnership or guarantee approval. Only approved participants with an active partner account may use ThriveHuman referral links.

Commission

Approved partners earn 25% of eligible net product revenue attributed to their referral link. This currently equals $4.75 on an eligible $19 Blueprint and $19.75 on the initial eligible $79 annual membership payment. Membership renewals, taxes, refunded payments, chargebacks, credits, test transactions, self-referrals, duplicate transactions, and fraudulent or prohibited activity are not commissionable.

Attribution

The standard referral window is 30 days. Attribution depends on the unique link, available tracking, customer consent choices, and the last eligible referral recognized by the program. ThriveHuman may correct duplicate, erroneous, manipulated, or unsupported attribution.

Review and payment

Commissions are reviewed after a 30-day validation period and paid monthly using the payment method arranged with the approved partner. Partners are responsible for accurate payment and tax information and for their own taxes.

Required disclosure

Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship near each recommendation and before the referral link when practical. A suitable disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link, at no additional cost to you.” Disclosures must satisfy the laws and platform rules that apply to the partner.

Responsible promotion

Partners must describe ThriveHuman and its products accurately. Partners may not make guaranteed savings, income, health, legal, tax, insurance, or financial claims; impersonate ThriveHuman; send unsolicited bulk messages; use misleading redirects; publish fabricated reviews; place links on unlawful or harmful content; offer unauthorized discounts; or use paid search advertising on ThriveHuman or Harborly trademarks and confusing variations without written permission.

Brand and content

Approval provides a limited, revocable right to use approved program descriptions, links, and creative materials solely to promote ThriveHuman under these terms. Partners may not register confusing domains or social identities, alter ThriveHuman marks, or present themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Harborly LLC.

Termination and changes

Either party may end participation at any time. ThriveHuman may suspend links or withhold commissions connected to violations, fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or unresolved verification issues. Program rates, products, and terms may change prospectively. Earned and validated commissions remain payable unless connected to prohibited activity.

Independent relationship

Participants are independent contractors. These terms do not create employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary, or legal partnership relationships. Partners cannot make commitments on behalf of Harborly LLC.
