Information we collect
We may collect contact and purchase information you provide, messages sent to ThriveHuman Services, affiliate application and payment information, basic website activity, and information required to deliver a Blueprint or respond to a request. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored directly by ThriveHuman.
We use privacy-conscious analytics and advertising measurement tools, including PostHog and the Pinterest Tag, to understand site activity and whether our marketing leads to actions such as guide signups or purchases. Pinterest may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement and advertising. ThriveHuman does not send email addresses or other enhanced-matching customer data to Pinterest through the Pinterest Tag.
How we use information
We use information to complete purchases, provide access, respond to questions, deliver requested research, maintain security, improve our products, meet legal obligations, and send updates you have requested.
Your Blueprint tool inputs
Interactive Blueprint tools are designed to keep ordinary planning inputs on your device unless a tool clearly states otherwise. Do not enter sensitive medical, financial, identity, or account credentials into general planning fields.
Service providers
We may use providers for payments, hosting, email, analytics, and customer support. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and operate under their own privacy terms.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including transaction, tax, security, and legal records. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@getthrivehuman.com. Some records may need to be retained when required by law.
